IMPORTANT: Customer is required to provide the information below for each order request. Additionally, it is strongly encouraged to include photos of items in order to identify the version and model number.
- Purchase order number and/or credit card payment information
- Item names and quantities.
- Issues or symptoms of defective items.
- Return shipping address.
- Any additional relevant information including (but not limited to) technical specifications, programming needed, hardware and/or software settings.
- Urgency of order.
Types of Orders
- Repair & Return. Send in items for repair. For a list of supported items, visit our current capabilities page or contact us directly. For more information on repair orders including unrepairable items, see our Terms & Conditions.
- Advance Exchange. Exchange defective items for functional ones, depending on item availability. Exchange out of our stock, or create your own inventory with our Revolving Exchange Program. Lead-time may be required before shipping.
- Remanufactured Purchase. Purchase items from us, depending on item availability. For a list of available items, visit our buying & selling page. Lead-time may be required before shipping.
- Sensor Purchase. Purchase sensors for temperature, humidity, pressure, lighting, and refrigeration.
- Asset Recovery. Send us your salvaged items! We accept items based on current market demand. To learn more, visit our buying & selling page.
- Seed Stock. Send items to repair and hold for your inventory stock.
Special Services
- Solutions Development. For new items that we currently don’t support, contact us directly. We develop new repair solutions based on various factors such as install base, component availability, and market demand.
- Revolving Exchange Program. For customers who need same-day-shipping and item availability, we offer a warehouse and exchange program. For more information or to setup a revolving exchange program, contact us directly.
- Rush Orders. Rush orders are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. To put a rush on an order, you must specify this in your original order request. For more information about rush fees see our Terms & Conditions.
- Additional Bench Services. We provide additional bench services including (but not limited to) programming, extended testing & diagnostics, and system file & program downloads. Additional bench services are quoted on a per-case basis. For all additional services and special requests, please contact us directly.
